Processing Time

It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Please expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way (Except for pre-order products)!

Shipping & Delivery Time

Currently, all items from our SA store are only shipped within Saudi Arabia, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days (Except for pre-order products).

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that all goods are delivered to the front door by default. Additionally, you can book the delivery time by yourself. 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at https://eeezahomesa.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
